How can I get a refund?

We care. That is why we are one of the only wall decals company in the industry who offers returns and refunds. We are really excited to offer you cancellations, refunds, returns and exchanges. That being said, please realize that we work diligently to make sure the product we make is of the highest quality. All of our products are Made-to-Order which means nothing is in stock, and we made your order just for you!

HOW TO GET A FULL REFUND: Before or after placing your order, you can purchase a TESTING SAMPLE for $5-$30 shipping included. Decals samples will be send out to you within 24 hours, and you will be able to test your walls before your order is processed. If your wall is not compatible with the decals, you will receive a full refund. We have samples that are specifically to test the colors of the decal (smaller ones) and bigger ones that will allow enough surface to test the wall paint on your home.

HOW TO GET A PARTIAL REFUND: If you choose NOT to order a sample, you can always USE the SAMPLE provided with the order. We send out testing/practice samples with every order. If you need to return the unused order, you will be refunded the price of the order minus a 30% re-stocking fee (shipping is never refunded).

PLEASE follow the procedures to qualify for a PARTIAL REFUND:

1) Included with your order you will find a few wall decal samples for testing your wall before you attempt installation of your order. Please use these sample decals to test your wall paint before installing your order. Please remember that if you choose to not follow this simple testing procedure, you won’t be eligible for a partial refund. 
2) Wash your hands before application, clean the wall from dust and grease. If you wet the wall when cleaning it, let it dry for a few hours (use of alcohol is recommended to remove grease), apply the decal to the wall and allow it to remain untouched overnight (or at least 8 to 12 hours) 
3) Wait at least 24 hours, if the decal is still there, then you should proceed with the installation of your order.
4) If your wall is not compatible, your sample decal will show a struggle adhering to the wall, leaving air between wall and the decal, and it will eventually fall off the wall. If you follow these steps and you encounter this issue, you can start a process for returning your order. Please note that your shipping cost will not be refunded, and you will be subjected to a 30% re-stocking fee. Refunds will only be issued when the product ordered is returned UNUSED.

How does it look when the decal does not adhere to the wall?

If the wall paint is one of those containing the vile additives, it should look like there is air between the wall and the wall decals, even if the decal does not completely fall off, pay attention to the decal, it should look as if painted on your wall, there shouldn’t be any air behind it. 
When you request a free decal sample to be send out to you before your order is processed, this procedure will add an extra 4 or 5 days to your processing time, but trust me, if you are part of that 5% home owner with walls that dislike decals, you will be glad you tried the decals and receive a full refund for your money. Please remember that if you choose to not follow this simple testing procedure, I will not be able to guarantee my product and you won’t be eligible for a refund. So, please, try the test decals before you attempt installation of your order.

Do all orders qualify for a refund if I test my walls with the sample decals?

No, please check our Return & Refunds Policy on our website to see if you qualify for a refund. Usually if your order includes personalization (the name of your child in it or a customization on colors) then it cannot be returned.

Why can’t I find these same decals at Target or any retail chain?

Good Question. The reason the big chains do not carry wall decals like these is because vinyl is very expensive and has a shelf-life. If vinyl is expired once it is cut for a customer, it will fail adhesion and it will look crackled. We order new rolls of vinyl several times per month and we sell enough to keep our inventory fresh. This is also why most of our decals are not in stock, we make them after purchase is in place (Made-to order)

Is this refund policy the same for International Orders?

Yes. The warranty eligibility is also extended to International orders, however, I must warn international customers about shipping inbound and outbound not refunded in any circumstance.
Additionally, due to international transit for the sample will take time, the processing time for international orders will extend until the testing samples are received by the customer (depending on which country, it might take between 7 and 20 extra days)
