Wallpaper Materials and Installation Guide

All American Decals wallpapers are printed to order in Indiana, USA using professional equipment and premium wallcovering materials. Our goal is to provide wallpaper options that work for a wide range of wall surfaces, installation preferences, and interior design projects.

Environmental Safety

All wallpaper materials are printed using GREENGUARD Gold certified inks. These inks meet strict environmental and indoor air quality standards, making them suitable for homes, nurseries, and sensitive environments.

Wallpaper Panel Overlap

Each wallpaper panel includes approximately 0.4 inches of overlap to help ensure accurate alignment and a seamless finish during installation.

For peel and stick materials, the overlap should remain after installation. For prepasted and unpasted wallpaper, the overlap may be trimmed if preferred.

Color Accuracy

We carefully represent color and scale, however screens display color differently. Wallpaper is printed using CMYK inks, which may appear slightly different than digital previews.

Color may also vary slightly between material types. For the most accurate evaluation of color and texture, we strongly recommend ordering a sample before placing a full wall order.

We guarantee color consistency between panels and samples printed on the same material.

Customer review photos may include filters or different lighting conditions.

Wall Preparation

Wallpaper adhesion depends on wall paint chemistry, surface preparation, and environmental conditions. Always clean walls thoroughly before installation.

If your walls were recently painted, we strongly recommend waiting at least 6 weeks before installing wallpaper. Fresh paint continues curing during this period and may release gases that affect adhesive performance.

Production Time

All wallpaper orders are printed on demand using professional equipment. Production time may take 1 business day (rush order) and up to 10 business days depending on season and order volume.

Shipping

We offer free standard domestic shipping via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS Priority Mail. Transit time typically ranges from 2 to 7 business days.

Samples ship within 48 hours via USPS First Class.

Returns

All wallpaper orders are made to order and are considered final sale.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will promptly replace the affected panels.

We strongly recommend ordering a sample before placing a full wall order.
